well if that pic wasnt moving so fast, i could see ur hair color and ur skin tone...what i suggest is to go to a salon and get it done there instead of using box crap u get a walmart or whatever. i would ask the colorist what shade of blonde would look better on you...dont pick a color urself or you will end up hating it, they know more about color than you. also, if u go lighter, you want ur eyebrow color to be the medium tone of ur total hair color. this will lighten ur face and make it look more fresh and natural

it all depends on your skin tone. from what i could tell you have pink undertones. a shade of blonde that is too yellow will look fake and a shade of blonde that is too light can wash you out. ask your stylist what they think since it is their job to make people's hair look good, but personally i think you should try a darker shade of brown. i think that would be very flattering with you skin.
