Yes you can pull it off....you have a face for blond hair......however going blond is a commitment....I did it and after a few months got sick of constantly having to do my roots so as not to look fake.....so be prepared for maintenance...also after I went back dark I was told by many friends that my Dark hair looks more like me and that my color (skin) looked healthier that blond washed me out.......Halloween is right around the corner go to a store and try on a blond wig and see for yourself if you like the changes...

i think that might be a bit too light for your skin tone, but maybe if you darkened the blonde a bit. you would look nice with a really light brown colour, kinda like a chestnut colour.

yes that color would look good on you, but you will need to change your hair cut as well. Go for longer hair with layers, kind of like the girl in the picture. Your hair cut is not very flattering for your face. You'd look cuter with a different cut.

I find it tacky and bleaching your hair to that point is going to screw it up so badly.

And if you contantly straighten it, it's going to have the texture of a horses tail.

it think if your going to go blonde you may as well go as blonde as you can, dont settle for a dark blonde or ash blonde, sometimes they end up looking yellow or grey

get a metallic-y light blue eye shadow and smudge it onto ur lids

then use a pinkish powder and put it on the outer corners of ur lids and spread out a little

then a royal blue powder or liner and trace along ur lashline.

it is a really wintery look and its really glam if u add glittery stuff on top.

oh i have the same problem, i have blonde hair and blue eyes. but i wear no make up and guys find me attracive. but ifu really like make up than, i heard that black eyeliner, and brown mascara do the trick. but if u like wearing eyeshadow, wear eyeshawdow that matches ur skin colour and gives u a natural look. cause u dont wonna wear colourful eyeshadow and look like a clown:P

you can also wear black mascara- put a bit more on he top than u do on the bottom, and use some black eyeliner-only on the top lid, and not to much.:D

I'm new to doing my own hair. My hairdresser said to simply use bleach. So I get to the store and pick up the blue powder bleach and then stand there trying to figure out what # "volumizer"/developer to use. Could someone please explain the basics to me? it depends on how light you want yopur highlights.

hair color is in levels. i am guessing you are a 5 or 6. Each level of developer will lift one level. so if you want them subtle, use 10. AND CHECK IT LIKE EVERY 2 MINUTES!!!!!!

I would reccomend 20 volume. And you can add a little heat too. just enough to warm them up. not to bake them!

and check them often, but it will appear darker on your hair.

I have similar hair as you (: and I like to part mine on the side and pull it into a chignon in the back (like a ponytail except twist it and don't pull it through the whole way). It's easy and looks elegant.

If its long enough, another thing you can do without a hair tie is tie your hair in a knot, so it looks like a short pony tail in the back.

I also like to twist it into a bun and stick a pencil through it.
