Hi. im getting my hair re-coloured in a couple of weeks. i have green eyes not extremly tan skin but not fair. kinda meduim. anyways my hair is a little pasts my shoulders, light brown.

I would go the brown as it's going to make your eyes stand out so much more where as a blonde is going to make you seem pale. Also blonde hair is such maintenance because of regrowth.
