I have light blonde hair with a slight yellow tint underneath and i know that any blonde style looks good in a dark purple or navy blue. Any bright color looks bad cause it can make your hair also look bright, even if it's fake blonde. Purple and navy are good because they are opposite on the color spectrum of gold/yellow and can make the blonde color stand out and illusionize to a prettier shade.
